Nooshin Morgan

 

I started my journey into fitness as a child; however, it became my passion after I started my job as a social worker 19 years ago. I have always had a passion to help people utilize effective coping skills to handle life challenges. Fitness has played a big role in this journey. I am a big advocate for empowerment and taking charge of our destiny. I am known to have a lot of energy, and I embrace life with all it has to offer. I take huge pride in being a fitness instructor, and my passion is to inspire participants to lead a life of personal growth and fulfilment. 

 

I am married to a very supportive husband, and I have a 17 y.o. son named Brandon. I have my Masters degree in social work and work full-time as a mental health therapist. I teach spinning classes three times a week and Combat classes two times a week. I also regularly teach at a yoga studio in my community. I have been doing Body Combat and spinning for over 16 years. In April of 2020, I started my training in Yoga teaching and successfully completed the program. The practice of Yoga would be a great complement to other high-intensity cardio classes that I teach. I feel priviledge to be able to offer mind and body fitness to the people I serve, no matter where they are in the world.

I am also an avid road and trail runner and have completed multiple marathons, including five major marathons: Boston, New York, London, Berlin and Chicago and four ultra-marathons.
