Corrina Chase

Corrina's (mini-bio),

From Vancouver, BC, Canada ~ I  have been teaching yoga, offering students an intrinsic philosophy of yoga learned from her yoga master, Yogacharya Lalit,  the Founding Director of Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre. He is renowned for his authentic knowledge of Ashtanga yoga. Corrina was surrounded by palm trees and the  Indian Ocean, where she dived into the realms of yoga and has never looked back.

Student quote, "Her energy is open", and she encourages patience through her practice, encouraging her students to move beyond their mat in their own practice. Corrina understands the demands of a busy lifestyle as she is a full-time counsellor and a full-time mother. Her passion is encouraging others to reach more of their potential and using yoga as the vessel of letting go and releasing through asanas.

Other interests are offering Reiki Masters teaching and Chakra balancing and spiritual advising for balance and well-being. Living a holistic lifestyle sharing kindness and compassion.

Corrina has done extensive work in counselling and holds an MA in Conflict Analysis making positive changes in Health Care systems.
