y yoga journey began in 2008, during my high school cross country season, when my coach implemented yoga for deep stretching; from there I was hooked! I continued to practice yoga & mindfulness through college as I earned a BS in Health Education & a Concentration in Public Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania- 2014.  In January 2017 completed the Mindful Body Peaceful Soul 200 hour RYT. Yoga has provided me with experience of inner peace, healing and self love. As a yoga teacher I want to share the beauty of yoga & meditation with children so they can experience mindfulness early on!

Wellness continued to be important to me as I furthered my education with a BS in Health Education & a Concentration in Public Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  This wellness path inspired me to take a wholistic approach to Health Education by combining traditional health topics with yoga, meditation and mindfulness. In January 2017 I decided to deepen my yoga practice by completing the Mindful Body Peaceful Soul 200 hour RYT. During that time I also completed Reiki level 1 training to incorporate energetic healing into my practice. Yoga has provided me with experience of inner peace, healing and self love. As a yoga teacher I want to share these gifts with others!
