Grace Randall

My name is Grace Randall, 28 years old. About to be married in a few weeks. I was born in Syracuse,New York; spent most of my childhood there. Relocated to Bradenton, Florida back in 2004, where I finished high school and attended a couple year of community college. I've been in and out of the service industry for a long time and in the past 2 years have been teaching at a couple local studios.

I was introduced to a yoga a few years back by a friend, instantly fell in love. I have always been a fairly active and athletic person. I ran competitively in high school and it kind of fell to the way side afterwards. But I've always tried new work out classes, workshops, hiking, anything really that gets my body moving. Yoga for me was like a breath of fresh air, I was able to gain this new perspective on myself, on the body and this realeasing the ego, it was soo refreshing. I had a steady practice for a couple years until I felt called to teach. After months of research I found the program I felt the most connected to, so to Costa Rica I went. It could not have been a more perfect course or setting to accomplish my 200 hr training.

Another passion of mine is travel. I believe I was born with the travel bug, this awe in what is out there. I haven't done as much traveling as I'd like, but I'm grateful for all the places I have been. And definitely like to take any opporunity I can to travel somewhere new. Venturing out into somewhere new and unknown to me is such a thrill, pushes me out of my comfort zone which creates this big opportunity for growth.

Besides being yoga and travel obsessed, I love nature/the outdoors. Something about throwing your shoes off and walking barefoot through the sand or the grass, so grounding. I love the simplicity it has to offer & the reminder of where we have all come from and where we will return too.

I am ambitious, adventurous, friendly, understanding, patient and love to bring my passion of yoga to people.
