Sydney Freitas

I am currently a student at York Univeristy in Toronto, Ontario. I work as a Pilates Instructor in Thornhill as well as a studio in Aurora and I love my job just as much as I love working out on my own. I believe that fitness can and should be a part of everyones life in some way regardless of their current fitness level. I love teaching and I will do it for as long as I can. Travelling is another huge passion of mine, so the opportunity to travel while I do what I love would be amazing.
