My husband of 20 years & I have two boys (17 & 18 yrs) & we own a veterinary practice.
I wear many hats - all of which I enjoy immensely. My college degree is in dental hygiene, which I do practice on a very limited basis & I do "team building" administrative work in my husband's practice. My love for fitness started when I coached cheerleading & dance teams. This led to becoming a group
X instructor, which is where my passion lies. I've taught in many different settings which have included dance, hi-lo, step, bosu, athletic training, kickbox, muscle conditioning, stretch, & aqua. I'm comfortable working with weights, stability & med balls, glide disks, jump ropes, etc. I also play on a women's roller hockey team which includes players 13 -50 years old! I have always participated in team sports in the community such as softball, volleyball, & hockey. Outside of fitness, cooking & eating healthy foods is a major priority, since my entire family is health concious & very active. Attending Fit-Beach Conference this year was a blast. Meeting other tourists as well as Jamaicans was interesting & fun. Having the opportunity to share fitness classes in new & different areas is of great interest to me. That's why I'd like to be a travel pro!
