Janine Hogg

I am the creator of Ottawa-based YogiWino and Magic Carpet Kids, and a proud mama of two. I am a certified life coach (CCF), Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level II practitioner and trained facilitator with a 15-year background in public communications and journalism.

Together with my incredible family and the jewels that are my friends, yoga helps remind me who I am and why I don't need to be anything other than that. As a teacher, it's my absolute privilege to help others find themselves through yoga too. And have a little fun while we're at it.  

I am highly empathetic, energetic and open. I love to have fun and get outside. I love deep conversations and connections, feeding my belly with good food (and wine), and 
feeding my soul with good music and poetry. I am imperfect and learning to fully embrace that every day.

I have a unique blend of skills and experience, and am qualified to teach yoga, mindfulness/meditation and other wellbeing classes/workshops (including workshops related to healthy eating) to individuals of all ages.
