Alex Patnesky

I am a 22 year old recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Being a recent graduate, I have caught the travel bug and am eager to explore while I'm still young! I am passionate about all things health and fitness and am eager to gain all the experience that I can in this field, because in the fitness industry you are always learning something new. I am eager to gain experience in all areas of nutrition, health, and fitness. I currently work as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutritionist at the AE Finley YMCA, Hasentree Country Club, and through a company called Interactive Health.
