Franchesca Weeks

Hi my name is Franchesca I am a certified Fitness Instructor and LOVE teaching group fitness. I enjoy challenging people not only to build strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness but to enjoy and love working out as much as I do. 

In my spare time I hang out with my two little kiddos and enjoy meeting new people! I also have a funny accent!!
