Fitness is my passion . . . whether its strength training, high intensity training, cardio classes, meditation or yoga, - I love it all. It helps me to destress, increase my strength and flexibity but most importantly it helps to keep me centered and grounded. My day doesn't begin until I've had my workout. My background is pretty diverse . . started out with hatha yoga and that lead to prenatal and post-natal, gentle yoga and some kids yoga; then I discovered strength training and how that really changed my body was mind blowing; I have been teaching now for over 15 years and have loved every bit of it. . .. the joy is seeing the change in the participants in my class whether its doing 1 additional pushup or holding the plank position for an additional 30 seconds or getting closer to touching their toes in a yoga class . . . It doesn't matter what your level is, do something every single day. You will not regret it!
