I am a native New Jerseyan whose love for yoga has continued to grow over the past 10 years. Movement has always been an integral part of my life. In addition to yoga, I enjoy running, hiking, barre and anything else that gets me moving. I first discovered yoga in college and was instantly intrigued by the calm and release it induced in mind, body and spirit. In the Summer of 2016, I took that intrigue to Bend, Oregon and completed a 200-hour Vinyasa-based training. Since then, I decided to leave my teaching position and pursue teaching yoga full-time. Currently, I teach childrens' dance and yoga classes as well as adult yoga classes. I also have my Corporate Yoga Training Certification through Self Reboot LLC.
I believe that each person’s practice is as unique and sacred as their individual testimonies and that it brings us into closer relationship with the authentic self. My hope is to inspire people of all ages to become facilitators in their own healing through intentional movement and breath.
