I welcome the opportunity to share my love of yoga with people of all ages, size, and backgrounds. Continuing to share the mental and physical benefits of yoga fulfills a dream of loving what I do and bringing positivity into the universe. Teaching yoga allows me to combine my passion for sequencing, music, healthy movement and breath. Students describe my classes as fun, approachable, yet challenging.
