I have taught Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Tai Chi and Step in many group exercise classes, both in private fitness clubs and corporate settings. In all of my classes I provide various options to provide different levels of challenge.
I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my passion for health and the mind/body connection.
My full time job is in sales so I am flexible, outgoing and have excellent interpersonal skills.
I am committed to development and visit my local library on a weekly basis to research current developments in the health and fitness industry as well as to add to my existing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, asanas, pranayamas, sequencing etc.
