Goal-oriented and highly energetic Group Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience with a talent for motivating participants with encouragement and enthusiasm. Experience and education in teach the following formats:  Strength, Cardio, Aqua, Senior, TRX, Step, Boxing, Core, Boot Camp, Barre, Stretch, Circuit Training, and Weight Lifting.  Able to work with 32 count music.  Able to modify all workouts for all levels of fitness and offer modifications for injuries.
