Toree Flynn

I decided to add teaching to my yoga practice with the intention to spread the peace and purpose I discovered on the mat. Whether the student comes to class for quiet, fitness, or simply to listen to the music I aim to create a space where they can take what they need. My background lies in power vinyasa yoga. I use creative, intentional cues and powerful music to guide students through class. I have a passion for meeting people and learning what led them to their mats and have the ability to naturally connect with people inside and outside of the studio. I have a warm, inviting personality and am rarely found without a smile on my face. I recently quit my corporate job to pursue my passion for teaching and travel and am thrilled for what the future holds.
