Alison Herschberg Williams

Alison Herschberg Williams is a certified indoor cycling instructor in Eagle Rock California where she lives with her busband and two chuldren. A former ballerina, Alison discovered a passion for indoor cycling after her first class fifteen years ago, and became certified two years ago. Alison's cycling style is rhythmic-based, focusing on the musicality of her rides to build momentum, joy and power.
