Ashley Haley has been teaching many different styles of yoga since 2011 when she received her 200-hour certification. Her flow style classes are mindful, lighthearted, fun, and accessible to all. She believes that everybody, no matter how old or young can benefit from the greatness that is yoga! Along with being a certified yoga instructor, she is an ACE certified personal trainer and has completed the module 1 reformer pilates certification through Balanced Body. She is experienced in teaching yoga, TRX, circuit and reformer pilates classes.
