I have been an instructor for about 20 years (gasp!) and trained instructors for IDEA, CAIN, Ontario Fitness Council and local colleges and universities. I teach Hi/Low, Step, Cycle, Bodysculpt, and Dynamic Stretch at clubs in the GTA. As a professor in Fitness and Health Promotion at Guelph-Humber I teach new instructors in everything noted above as well at Stability Ball, BOSU and Yoga. Like many Yoga is my new passion and I look forward to teaching Moksha and/or Power Yoga in the sunny south for Fit Pro Travel.
