Personal Philosophy

My belief in Yoga came through years of personal practice. I’ve been in sports all my life as a competitive volleyball player and long distance runner. However, only yoga healed my body and dramatically improved my strength and balance. My gratitude to yoga is driving me to share my knowledge and experience of yoga with others.

My focus is to provide safe guidelines to help students improve their wellbeing and fitness level through yoga.  I want to inspire my students to learn and understand the safe mechanics of yoga postures, as well as the philosophy behind it.

I strive to see gradual improvements in a student’s strength, posture, and health, attitude toward their bodies and so life.

But most of all, yoga is sense of being, happy, well, relaxed, possitive...it is realy a life style.  Making it memorable on vacation, create vacation inside out. That is what people come back to yoga for. To feel good! Gentle and FUN!
