Hello, my name is Stevie! I am a wellness entrepreneur enamoured with all aspects of self-healing. I love to travel and explore what health and wellness looks like all over the world. I take bits and pieces that work within each culture and implement them into my programs to provide sustainable direction and guidance for my clients. The opportunity to travel and pursue my passions simultaneously would be a dream come true! I am slowly transitioning from my physical business into an online venture so I have the flexibility to work from anywhere and help reach people on a greater scale. My ultimate goal is to write full time and help bring my messages of light and healing forward. I am in the process of submitting my first book for publishing. 

I am a Registered Kinesiologist, Strength Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Nutrition, Intuitive Coach, and Reiki Practitioner.
