Anna Luna is a 200-hr RYT in Vinyasa Flow and has been practicing yoga over the past 13 years. She is also certified in Chair Vinyasa by The Ha-tha Yoga Method, and recently completed training as a Barre Above instructor. She loves teaching all levels and combining her various knowledge of styles of yoga, fitness and dance to create her own method that is accessible to everyone. She also brings her breathing technique experience, not only from yoga, but also from her past vocal training and B.A. in Theatre Arts from Drew University.
