Kerri Anderson

  • Kerri Anderson is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutritionist. She owns a boutique Fitness Studio specializing in Pilates and HIIT, located in South Bend, Indiana. She holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Group Exercise Certifications through Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE), along with a Certified Nutrition Coach through Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Kerri is a Les Mills National Presenter. She is also a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer, Chair, and Trapeze Instructor; along with other certifications such as Barre, Bosu, and Pilates Mat. Kerri finds her true passion in high intensity interval training and competitive running and loves to incorporate her ambitious approach into helping her members and clients surpass their fitness goals.
