A little about me ...
I have always had a passion for helping people, in any capacity. I always knew I wanted to be a doctor, or therapist, or something along those lines. However, once I got into the gym and continued to move in that direction, I studied for my personal training and group exercise certifications, passed them, and realized that I wanted to be on the preventative side of care. I wanted to help people live and healthier life to prevent them from having to see a physician or therapist, or have to take prescription medications. Having the knowledge to take care of your body and to live that out has been a blessing, not only to my own life and career, but to my family and to the many clients I have had throughout the years. I enjoy spreading and sharing my knowledge with people to help them become who they want to become and to live that healthier life that they never knew they could have.
