I was into sports my whole life. I played volleyball for 10 years, was on my university track and field team and did olympic weightlifting for a while. Now, I do mostly strength training, swimming and yoga to stay in shape.
I got into kinesiology because I really want to have an impact on people's life, that is to help them get in the best of shape so that they can enjoy life to its fullest. I believe that an active body has a big influence on one's physical and mental health, but also on the issues of self-esteem, self-love and self-growth.
In my practice, my clients feel involved and motivated because we build together a project that is significant for them and in which they feel they are really given the right tools to change their fitness level for good. I work with any kind of training goals, weight loss, muscle gain, general health, cardiovascular training, performance training and injury rehabilitation.
