As a young girl I was drawn to the connection between the mind and body. The reality that so much of the world is going about their life completely disconnected from the vessel that carries them is, I believe, a huge contributer to illness, poor sense of self, and discontent.
I discovered yoga for myself in my early 20's, and it has changed my life. Yoga has taken me on a journey of rediscovering myself. It's a reminder to stay grounded, breathe deeply, dont take anything too seriously, and to LOVE my life.
My passion became my career in 2015 when I recieved my 200hr Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification. I began teaching group vinyasa in Brooklyn, NY both privately and for wellness companies such as Sweaty Betty and FYCNYC. Its been my greatest joy to help others reconnect with their bodies, discover the value of wellness, and become the best versions of themselves.
I currently teach private and small group vinyasa in Los Angeles, however I am a student first and continue to look for every opportunity to deepen my own practice.
