I am passionate about health and wellness and have dedicated my education and professional career to helping others achieve their personal goals. I am proud to be a certified group fitness instructor with over 23 years of teaching experience in various settings including commercial fitness, non-profit, corporate and university recreation. I have taught various group fitness class formats over the years including hi/low, step, kickboxing, indoor cycling, yoga, HIIT, Les Mills Body Pump, aqua and many others. I have experience teaching all fitness levels and abilities from children to senior adults. In addition, I have experience coaching and mentoring newly certified or aspiring group fitness instructors. Last, I have over 15 years of fitness and health program management and supervisory experience.
