His passion for the game and his desire for excellence has made the company a growing success. Derwin has been playing tennis, including participating in amateur tournaments, for 25 years. My love for the game and the desire to see others learn and enjoy the game inspired me to become a certified professional, he says. I enjoy meeting people and helping them develop their tennis skills, Derwin says. ÃI like teaching beginners because I like to see them get hooked on tennis and play for the rest of their lives. My greatest accomplishment thus far is becoming certified by the world's best organizations and building the necessary network to launch a successful business. I am proud to be an ongoing student of the game. Ultimately, I would like to build and own a world-class tennis academy focused on developing junior players of all levels." Derwin has been married to his wife, Teresa, for 36 years and they have two children, Philip and Carmen. My greatest accomplishment outside of tennis is becoming the type of husband and father I needed to be in order to raise a whole and healthy family, he says. Derwin enjoys playing tennis and basketball, and spending time with his family.
