For over 15 years, Regina (Gina) Little, a NYC native, has been a fitness instructor teaching at fitness clubs in NYC, DC and Maryland. Her love of fitness and movement began early on with jazz/ modern dance classes and repertory work with Alvin Ailey and high school/ college cheerleading. As an adult, she migrated to focus personally and then as an instructor on “fun” and “effective” dance fitness, and endurance training. Gina is AFAA Certified as a group fitness instructor and is certified to teach a variety of formats including Bender Barre’, Zumba, LaBlast, Cize’, Mad Dog/Schwinn Spinning/Indoor Cycling, Aqua-Fit, Aqua Barre’ and Hydro-Cycle. Gina has a B.S. in Biology/Nutrition, a Master’s in Public Health, a Masters in Social work and is passionate about helping members lead happy and healthy lifestyles. Her motto is to motivate others to feel confident in achieving their fitness goals and be ‘fun, fit and fab’.
