Laura is a Pilates instructor, Yoga instructor, dance teacher and choreographer. She has been teaching yoga, Pilates, dance, team-building workshops and general fitness instruction for 17 years throughout the United States. She also brings to her classes 14 years of professional performance experience as an acrobat, dancer and stunt woman, including 6 years with Cirque du Soleil, 5 years with Diavolo Dance Theater, and numerous film and tv engagements. Her classes provide a full-body workout and range of motion while facilitating a strong mind-body connection and overall sense of balance. During the school year, Laura teaches dance at a private K-8 school in Southern California and operates Bright Bodies, Bright Minds, a PE curriculum development company for kids. Laura is a proud mom of two teenage boys, loves all things related to the beach, and is married to a golf enthusiast.

Pilates: Mat; Reformer; Cadillac; Chair
Yoga: all levels, any age group, kids or adults
Stretch: individual or partner stretching
Fitness: Fitness circuit classes (integrate cardio, strength and flexibility in 1-2 minute stations)
