Brian Wright MS Exercise Science, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, StrongFirst TL
Brian Wright discovered his love of training and coaching while attending the Virginia Military Institute as a Division I athlete. Since then, Brian has worked in traditional gyms, corporate settings, academia, clinical settings, and within the independent/freelance realm. His broad range of experience gives him a wide range of skills from which he can draw to help solve problems. In addition to having the opportunity to work in so many different environments, Brian has found that much of his success is attributed to his continued pursuit of knowledge in the areas of health and fitness.
Brian’s formal education includes a Masters of Science from George Mason University, strength and conditioning certifications from several top-rated agencies, including the National Strength Conditioning Association, and the highest level certifications within the kettlebell community. In addition, Brian stays on the cutting edge of fitness by annually by attending several workshops and seminars held by world-renowned speakers.
Brian’s approach to both programming and business development empowers individuals to succeed. His step-by-step action plans provide simple solutions for students and fitness professionals alike.
