Greetings,
I am a 34 year old Madd Dogg certified spinning instructor that is seeking opportunities to take my passion with me. I have two plus years working in a mixed yoga and fitness studio in Columbus, Ohio. I have worked with many clients of different backgrounds, ages, and abilities. I am energetic and passionate about teaching and am always up for a challenge. I work my classes around safety in and out of the saddle and mix that in with new pop and other fun song playlists. I teach 30, 45, and 60 minute formats.
