Jessica's love of health and fitness led her to Yoga nearly 10 years ago, as she began to experience the many benefits of yoga she quickly realized she wanted to teach and offer people the experience of this practice and all it offers. Jessica has a total of 500-hours of teacher training and has been teaching for 5 years. Always a student at heart Jessica is passionate about teaching people and giving people the experience of being totally alive in their own body and feeling the many benefits of yoga. She strives to empower people, encouraging them to access what is possible in their own bodies and in life.
