I have been an athlete for over 20 years. Running is my main love but know that cross training and strength are so important for overall health. I am a cardio junkie so I do love teaching a high intensity spin ride. But as a personal trainer I am all about posture and function first before heavy weights. I have always been known to motivate friends and now the groups I teach to strive for self improvement. I love my job and look forward to sharing my knowledge.
