Namaste friends, my name is Bridget. I am a passionate individual looking to empower others to heal themselves through the mind, body and spirit. Through teaching yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation, I hope to inspire the lives of many. My yoga classes range from yin to restorative to hatha, and any levels and abilities are welcomed. My goal is to make each student feel comfortable with where they are at in both their practice and their life.
