Lindsay Geiger

My name is Lindsay Geiger, I am a 24 year old who has always been motivated to help others beyond their measure! I am extremely enthusthatic when it comes to health! I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 3 years, and counting! I have always been interested and felt I had the right energy and drive to help others reach their goals in overall wellness.

I have been instructing baby massage and exericse for toddlers to become more aware of their own bodies and teach mothers how to help their children. This allows me to create rapport and home care specific to the childs needs. I have lots of experience with all age groups of clients! I also have used boot camps stlye, stretching and remedial exercise for my clientele and athletes I am currently working with. For example, I would create and demonstrate a warm up for my athletes to complete before/after their hockey game, to ensure their bodies are at their greatest capacity. When I work with my athletes, I create a stretching program similiar to yoga, but very specific to their needs. I incorperate dynamic, static and fascial stretching. I find all these components very important. I also have worked in Israel during the Maccabi Games and assisted in the Men's Basketball and Hockey warm up and cool down. Now ceritified in Personal Training, I am a strong believer in always improving and having fun while doing it! Every opporunity I have, is to gain more knowledge and wisdom for my future!
