Terri Williams

My name is Terri Williams. I live in Clinton, Missouri with my wonderful husband, we have two grown childern.  Besides teaching yoga I work full time as an optician and have managed Physician's Optical since 1999.  I will soon go part time so I can teach more yoga classes.

I started my yoga journey a few years ago just taking calsses and quickly wanted to learn more.  In August of 2015 we had a YogaFit Level 1 class offered in town so I took it because I wanted to learn more for my practice.  By the time the weekend was over I wanted to further my education and teach this wonderful thing to others.  By November of 2016 I had completed my 200 hour training certificate and registared with Yoga Alliance in December 2016.

In September 2015 I started teaching a yoga class two times a week to the employees of Golden Valley Memorial Hospital and Golden Vally Medical. I ended that in December 2016 due to the lack of rooms and times for us to use for the class.  In March of 2016 I also started teaching at Simply Move Yoga Studio.  I teach and early morning gentle/restorative class two times a week and a hatha vinyasa class one night a week.  I am also getting ready to start a kids yoga class two times a month. 

I am furthering my education by working towards my 500- RYT
