Nuno Azevedo

Born in Portugal and lived in different places and worked with many cultures worldwide. I am trained as a dancer, I have performed in musicals for many years and am now a certified personal trainer, sports masseur, life coach and yoga teacher.

Within a heavy physical profession as an artist, I lived the precaurious and no-balanced life of that field.  With personal experience and thorough professional knowledge I help people as a coach to develop a more balanced life and finding their mind and body balance.

My programs increase mental and physical resilience that contribute to a beautiful body and make it resilient in all areas.

Guidance can be in multiple languages as I speak Portuguese, German, English, Dutch and Spanish.
