I came into fitness later in life. If you had told my 17 year old self that at 47 I would be a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor I would have thought you were crazy. Gym class was my worst nightmare and although I was always skinny I was not fit! In my mid thirties I started a learn to run program and joined the gym. The rest as they say is history. I have completed several half marathons, ride my bike 80 kms for fun and love try new fitness programs. I even love burpees! I also love to motivate others to embrace fitness and strive to make working out fun because unlike me most people don't love burpees.
Outside of the gym my husband and I have raised three amazing children. We love to travel, eat great food and drink wine with friends. We are starting to think about the next chapter in our lives and plan on downsizing with our two cats in the near future.
