Mackenzie Calhoun

Mackenzie is a certified Yoga and Pilates Teacher and has been teaching classes since 2008. She has an extensive background in Classical Ballet and performance art. Her yoga classes will include Sun Salutations, Warrior series, core work and stretching ending with a relaxing meditation or Savasana. Pilates classes will use many different elements of Pilates to give participants a full body conditioning workout with stretching at the end. Yogalates classes will incorporate movements from Yoga and Pilates and will challenge, tone and stretch the total body. Mackenzie likes to use upbeat music and have fun while teaching, hoping to give  particpants an enjoyable workout!
