My name is Brandi Post. I am the owner of a fitness gym called Main Street Fitness. I have been teaching fitness classes since I was 18 (10 years). I am certified and teach Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills GRIT, SPINNING, Yoga, Barre, RUMBLE, RIPPED, and TRX.

I will be teaching Power Vinyasa Flow! Power Vinyasa flow incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. Power Vinyasa Flow is powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
