I have a passion for health and wellness and helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies. I teach both yoga and group fitness across multiple formats. I love working with students of all levels and finding ways to make movement more accessible in daily life. I am a lifelong learner and love continuing my training to understand the human body more deeply. I look forward to teaching on the beach and combining my love of movement with my love for the natural world.
