Hi !

My name is Maureen Mckenna and I have worked at the Rocky Run YMCA for over 15 years as a Pilates, Barre and Body Flow Instructor.

I pride myself on motivating my students with up lifting stories, especially while holding a plank!

I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia with my husband Dave, dog Brody and 4 cats!!!

My daughters keep me busy even though they are in College and I enjoy cooking, working out and of course..teaching Pilates!!!
