I am an outgoing enthusiastic cycling instructor.   I LOVE indoor cycling, teaching and connecting with others while we get our sweat on and having fun in the sun and surf!  

I have an extensive background in health and well being consulting and training.    I am a business consultant for a health system and a consulting firm.  I have done many live television shows informing audiences about their health.    I have a flexible schedule and would enjoy the opportunity to see some new places and faces while serving others.
