In 2006 at the age of sixty, I realized sitting on the floor cross-legged to perform my music and stories for grade-school children was a real problem. That simple and natural seated position was uncomfortable for me. I made the decision to start doing yoga three days a week even though it was intimidating. The change that came were nothing short of life changing. Sitting cross-legged isn't an issue anymore. I noticed that often I was the only male in the class. My desire to get more men involved with yoga led me to take the 200 hundred hour Vinyasa flow training course at age 69.
