THERESA LAND

Tee Land has been in the fitness industry since 1987.  She brings many years of experience and energy!  

She is a former dancer and New Orleans native who now lives in Ridgeland, MS.

Her career started as a group fitness instructor in the late 80's and has grown to much more.  She now enjoys group classes and personal training.  Whether you looking for one on one personal training, group training or a fun filled class, Tee brings her many years of training to you!  Always smiling and energetic, she will give you fun filled workout or class designed to take you to the next level.

Tee is also a dance instructor.  She choreographs for many programs in Mississippi and shares her love of dance with her students.  

Her time is spent working, dancing and being with ther three children.
