I'm a specialize massage therapist for over 15 years with 5 years yoga teaching experience and 12 years personal practice. I teach meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, flow and yin yoga. I also can do private classes and lead workshops.
