Jessica Beal

I am 31 years old. I live in Castle Rock, Co. with my husband and 3 (soon to be 4) children. I am very passionate about group excercise, helping people set and reach their fitness goals. I love the class interaction, music, and many types of formats. I teach anything from step, weight, cardio, circuit training, and dance formatted classes. We love to travel and do so often.
