Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, kinder and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and peacefully.
I completed my 300 hour teacher training with Moksha/Modo Yoga International. I am currently in the process of completing my 500 hour advanced teacher certification with expected completion date in July 2019. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I love to guide students to embrace the interconnectedness of body, mind, and breath. I strive to offer a welcoming space to soften, become present, and explore. I believe that yoga is a practice for all, which is why my classes are always guided with the intention of being accessible for all students, regardless of level and experience. I teach Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow, I teach from my heart and am so very grateful to all the students who come to share their beautiful souls.
In addition to yoga classes, I also lead group fitness classes including Pilates, HIIT with music, and Stretch classes.
