I am a Wife, Professional, Mom and Fitness Maniac! I have been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 10 years for Gold's Gym and other gyms in the Northern VA area! I teach a bootcamp, a cross fit, cycle and bodypump! I am also a personal trainer and have been taking private boxing lessons for over 2 years! I have a large following and have been told I draw a following! I am very outgoing and have a ton of fun wherever I go!
