I am a mother of four children. I am from Connecticut, but graduated college from The Pennsylvania State University. I obtained 2 degrees from there. One in Communications and the other in Spanish. I currently live in Pennsylvania.
I have been active my whole life. In HS I was on the tennis team. One year I played at Penn State. I always regularly attended cardio core or jazzercise classes. After graduation, I became licensed in group exercise. I primarily taught step aerobics.
Over the years I branched out and became certified in yoga, Pilates, spinning, Boxing, sculpt, and core. I can basically teach all formats of classes except for Zumba.
